This function will return an XML block describing the markup for a chart. Markup consists of lines and regions on a chart. You can use this information to mark up your own charts instead of using Recognia's charts.

| lang | String | false | en | Specify the language of the events returned. Possible language codes are: 'en' (English) and 'fr' (French). |
Return
<markup> tag if the event exists. If the event does not exist or an invalid event id is supplied only the header block is returned. In this instance an error is added to the header block indicating the problem.
